"I purchased my car insurance in May and explicitly told them I was moving to California. The representative, Brianna, repeatedly assured me that my monthly rate would stay the same after the move. However, as soon as I updated my California address, State Farm doubled my premium. This is highly misleading and unprofessional. I feel completely misled and misinformed by their staff. "Bad business practices. Went with another company, told them to cancel the policy. No one in the office sent it in. They keep contacting for payment. Every month the same process. "They don’t have it in the notes". I’ve canceled every moth since. They need better workers in the office."

"Truman himself has been polite to me during our few interactions, but unforgettably the "customer service" from his office staff is atrocious. They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, didnt perform job duties when I called to address them which then caused issues with my account and over charged me due to their lack of performance and proceeded to claim they'd give me a credit to reconcile due to their error , but then when I call back for an update they dont have any information to assist me. Never heard anything about it, unsurprisingly, and I didn't get my credit back. I'd like to add that Star was very professional and polite when we spoke, the only other aside from Truman. I like State Farm as a provider, so I switched agents recently (away from Truman Trail) as I will not spend my money with people who conduct business as they do and highly suggest if you want actual help, honesty and kindess- this isn't the place to to choose!
